Resumo: | This paper discusses the importance of managing interpersonal conflicts in small companies. Interpersonal conflicts are inevitable in any work environment, but they can be especially harmful in small companies due to the proximity between employees and the need for teamwork. The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of effective management of interpersonal conflicts for the success and development of these companies. For this, fundamental concepts of interpersonal conflict will be presented, its causes and consequences, as well as management strategies to deal with these conflicts. |
