Resumo:Due to the reality promoted by the COVID-19 pandemic, dietitians were instructed to carry out teleconsultation for nutritional assistance. As a result of this reality, this study aimed to understand the perceptions of dietitians who experienced this model of care during this period, focusing on the positive, negative and difficulties found in teleconsultation. This is a cross-sectional, descriptive study, carried out online. The questionnaire was uploaded in a digital platform and the link was sent to the dietitans, so they could answer. We included Nutrition professionals who carried out teleconsultation during the pandemic period, since the official liberation by the Federal Council of Nutritionists. The sample consisted of Nutritionists from the 6th region, registered or not, on the e-Nutricionista platform. Teleconsultation was a feasible alternative during the pandemic period, and it can be a sustainable strategy for the future of the profession, even if there is no health need for social distance.
