The study will begin with the conceptualization about the fundamental precept of administrative legality and what becomes administrative act. Subsequently, issues related to its existence, validity and effectiveness in the legal field will be addressed, as well as the attributes, requirements and constitutive elements that contemplate its structure. From that point on, the presuppositions conditioning the legality of the act and the hypotheses in which such assumptions are affected by addiction will be listed. To begin the central theme discussed in the paper, the theory of nullities in Brazilian administrative law will be presented and only then will the forms of invalidation (judicial and administrative) and validation be discussed A presente monografia tem por objetivo abordar as formas de desfazimento de atos administrativos, com vista à restauração da legalidade, quando da incidência de vício sanáveis ou insanáveis que afetem ou comprometam a sua permanência no ordenamento jurídico. O estudo será iniciado com a conceituação acerca do preceito fundamental de legalidade administrativa e do que vem a ser ato administrativo. Logo após, serão abordadas questões relativas à sua existência, validade e eficácia no campo jurídico, além dos atributos, requisitos e elementos constitutivos que contemplam a sua estrutura. A partir daí, serão elencados os pressupostos condicionantes da legalidade do ato e as hipóteses em que tais pressupostos são acometidos por vício.
