Authors like Coelho (2007), Pimenta and Lima (2008), among others, were taken as basis for the theoretical reference. The project provides a brief history of how the need arose to carry out the Supervised Internship and how it was implemented in the undergraduate courses, as well as data obtained through an empirical study and reflections developed during the Internship subjects, as a student of the Degree in Mathematics. The research had as stages the elaboration and application of a questionnaire with graduates who concluded all the stages of the Supervised Internship, in order to identify its influence for the future teachers. The analysis of the results showed that the academics believe that the Internship is an important and decisive moment in the training, being a relevant factor for the trainee's choice to be an educator and what sense will be given to the possible profession. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo principal analisar a influência que o Estágio Supervisionado tem na formação inicial docente, com alunos da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte – UFRN, Centro de Ensino Superior do Seridó – CERES, campus Caicó – RN, baseado na pesquisa qualitativa. Autores como Coelho (2007), Pimenta e Lima (2008), entre outros, foram tomados como base para o referencial teórico. O projeto traz uma breve história de como surgiu a necessidade de realizar-se o Estágio Supervisionado e como o mesmo foi implementado nos cursos de licenciatura como, também, dados obtidos através de estudo empírico e reflexões desenvolvidas durante as disciplinas de Estágio, enquanto discente do Curso de Licenciatura em Matemática. A pesquisa teve como etapas a elaboração e aplicação de um questionário com licenciandos que concluíram todas as etapas do Estágio Supervisionado, com o intuito de identificar sua influência para os futuros professores.
