Resumo:With the objective to understand the customers’ satisfaction perceptions about the performance of Calangos’ Gym service, located in neighborhood Neópolis, Natal city, State of Rio Grande do Norte, the current work try to identify and measure the satisfaction intension in quality of management using the SERVPERF model. This scientific work presents a descriptive exploratory case study, an approach focused on customer sentiment under current management. Data information was collected in loco, it has been used a questionnaire structured with 22 questions, allowed by the owners.
