Regarding the methodology, it is a descriptive-exploratory research, of qualitative character and with the handling of the images we use elements of semiotic analysis and Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA), as they allow us to examine sociocultural and linguistic aspects. The results point to the lack of research in teacher education on themes, genders and sexualities, the existence of prejudices related to homosexuality. Este artigo objetiva refletir sobre as representações da homossexualidade em alguns grafitos produzidos por adolescentes em uma escola estadual no noroeste paulista, entre os anos de 2018 e 2019 sob a perspectiva de gênero.  Buscamos identificar e analisar nas imagens as construções de subjetividades, estigmas, preconceitos de gênero e de sexualidade. Em relação a metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva-exploratória, de caráter qualitativo e com a lida das imagens utilizamos elementos de analise semiótica e da Análise Crítica do Discurso (ACD), pois permitem examinar aspectos socioculturais e linguísticos. Os resultados apontam a carência de pesquisas na formação docente sobre as temáticas, gêneros e   sexualidades, a existência de preconceitos relativos a homossexualidade.
