Resumo: | As we participate in the discussion about the teaching and learning of the Portuguese language in school, we propose, in this paper, an analysis of the modes and forms of appropriation of the discourse of Others when candidates of the High School Nacional Exam (ENEM in Portuguese) write authorial utterances in their texts, which have been shared on the internet. To do that, we have used, as our theoretical basis, the Circle’s (BAKHTIN, 2010 [1919/20]; 2015 [1934/35]; 2016 [1952/53]; VOLÓCHINOV, 2017 [1929]; VOLOCHINOV, 2013ab [1930]; MEDVIÉDEV, 2012 [1928]) understanding of language. For the analysis, we selected excerpts from three well-evaluated texts of ENEM candidates, made freely available on the internet. Based on the analysis, we noticed that despite their tendency to mark the discourse of Others, the interrelation between appropriated discourses and authorial discourses was also verified. |
