How can the improvisational character of ritual play make us talk about poetics of learning that flow through experience? These questions are part of the context of an artistic residency developed in Mexico, from which we propose in this text an elaboration around the idea of self-pedagogy, which was designed in the improvisation practices carried out in the creation labs of this experience. Understood as a poetic of learning characteristic of the Arkhétypos Theater Group, the idea of self-pedagogy emerged amidst the construction of the meetings dramaturgy, instigating a certain kind of experimentation that is made of itself in the relationship established with others. Tecendo-se conexões multidisciplinares entre arte, filosofia e educação, as duas questões centrais que inspiram esse trabalho são: Que formas de aprender podem ser vividas no teatro ritual? Como o caráter improvisacional do jogo ritual pode nos fazer falar sobre poéticas do aprender, que fluem pela experiência? Tais questões se inserem no contexto de uma residência artística desenvolvida no México, a partir da qual se propõe neste texto uma elaboração em torno da ideia de pedagogia de si, que foi se desenhando nas práticas de improvisação realizadas nos laboratórios de criação da referida experiência. Entendida como uma poética do aprender característica do Arkhétypos Grupo de Teatro, a ideia de pedagogia de si emergiu em meio à construção da dramaturgia dos encontros, instigando um certo tipo de experimentação que se faz de si mesmo na relação que se estabelece com os outros.
