description The purpose of this dissertation is to analyze, from a feminist and anti-capitalist framework, gender: the conditions surrounding its emergence and historical transformations, its central characteristics today (understanding that gender is structured/determined in conjunction with capitalism) and, finally, debate the premises of its resolution (that is, paths for its dissolution as a form of social hierarchization). Thus, hoping to conduct a feminist reflection that does not refrain from calling for the end of all forms of oppression and exploitation. This investigation begins with an analysis of theoretical perspectives on the origins of the gender, encompassing the anthropological discussion on the gendered division of humanity, as well as the conjunctural elements of its historical development (including colonialism, the capitalist mode of production and transformations in the family). Then, from feminism, a discussion is held, highlighting contributions of Marxist feminism (in particular, from the Social Reproduction Theory), to establish the central elements of gender, as well as the critical aspects articulated in the concepts of gender and patriarchy. Finally, some theoretical approaches on the end of gender oppression are analyzed, focusing on the relationship between this project, which has a feminist horizon, and the communist revolutionary project, that is, overcoming capital. This work aims, as a whole, to contribute to the understanding of gender oppression and encourage critical reflections on the relationship between gender and class in capitalists societies.

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES O propósito desta dissertação é analisar, desde um referencial feminista e anticapitalista, o gênero (mais especificamente, sua formulação enquanto opressão/exploração): as condições em torno de seu surgimento e transformações históricas, suas características centrais na atualidade (entendendo que o gênero está estruturado/determinado em conjunção ao capitalismo) e, por fim, debater as premissas de sua resolução (isto é, caminhos para sua dissolução como uma forma de hierarquização social). Assim, almeja-se conduzir uma reflexão feminista que não se abstenha de pautar o fim de todas as formas de opressão e exploração. Essa investigação se inicia com a análise de perspectivas teóricas sobre as origens do gênero, abrangendo a discussão antropológica sobre a divisão generificada da humanidade, bem como os elementos conjunturais de seu desenvolvimento histórico (incluindo o colonialismo, o modo de produção capitalista e as transformações na família). Em seguida, é realizada uma discussão, a partir do feminismo, evidenciando as contribuições do feminismo marxista (em especial, a partir da Teoria da Reprodução Social), para estabelecer os elementos centrais do gênero, bem como os aspectos críticos articulados nos conceitos de gênero e patriarcado. Por fim, são analisadas algumas abordagens teóricas sobre o fim da opressão do gênero, com foco na relação deste projeto, de horizonte feminista, com o projeto revolucionário comunista, isto é, de superação do capital.
