| Achoimre: | This experience report seeks to bring discussions about the clarity of roles among professionals
based on the participant observation carried out at the Extended Family Health Center, located in Santa Cruz,
in the interior of Rio Grande do Norte. During the process, the matrix support group, from the Health
Education Program within the scope of Interprofessionality, was inserted in the daily routine of the service
and, more specifically, in the home visits made by the professionals. From the participant observation, we
discussed how part of the professionals still has a daily representation about the performance of colleagues
and work individually. Still, we highlight that the professionals who work more often together seem to have
a better understanding of the performance of colleagues, however, the interprofessional work itself was not
observed during home visits |
