| Resumo: | This work aimed to produce two documentaries to record the trajectories of ABC and América in the year 2022, when the two teams from Rio Grande do Norte moved up a division in Brazilian football. To this end, a case study (Yin, 2015) of the two teams from Rio Grande do Norte was carried out, with interviews and consultations on news portals, official club websites and video archives. The report of this Course Completion Work included a theoretical framework on the trajectory of television, television in Brazil and its expansion, sports journalism and sports coverage, and the trajectory of sports journalism in Brazil until the digital era, with the contribution from authors such as Mattos (1990), Buzatto (2023), Traquina (2008) and Paulo Vinícius Coelho (2004). The research is justified by the absence of audiovisual productions in Rio Grande do Norte about sports and as a way of recording the historic campaigns of ABC and América in the 2022 season. As a result, it was possible to
create two documentaries with reports from managers, coaches, players and fans about a historic year for football in Rio Grande do Norte. |
