Resumo:The communication plays a crucial role in human interactions, standing out as a tool of extreme relevance. Its strategic application in organizations is of utmost importance, whether to face crises, keep the team informed, contribute to a healthy organizational environment, or align values and business goals with employees. This study examines the impact of internal communication on the experience of employees in a franchised company in the perfume and cosmetics sector in Brazil. The research, of a descriptiveexploratory nature, adopts the format of an empirical case study, combining quantitative and qualitative analyses. The instrument used for data collection was the structured questionnaire developed through Google Forms. The survey was answered by 371 employees representing all cities and departments of the company. The results indicate that internal communication strengthens employee commitment, while the tools implemented by the company provide effective support, facilitating alignment between individual and organizational objectives. Finally, it was possible to conclude that the main difficulties of internal communication in the company are related to the exchange of constant feedback, however, it is perceived that, in general, the collected evidence suggests that the practices adopted by the studied company can be taken as references by organizations that wish to structure this area and promote important aspects, such as employee experience.
