Resumo:This work will address sustainable management and corporate social responsibility, with an emphasis on trends and challenges. The general objective of the work is to analyze the trends and challenges of sustainable management and corporate social responsibility. And the specific objectives: contextualize sustainable management and corporate social responsibility, present the SDGs and the influence it has at a macro level, study the benefits and, above all, the challenges of sustainable management, understand the ESG trend, strategies, tools and indicators for implementation and maintenance of successful corporate responsibility, describe the standards and certifications that can be obtained through sustainable management. This work is justified by the fact that the topic addressed has profound impacts on the way organizations operate in the current scenario. Sustainable management and corporate social responsibility are no longer just superficial considerations; they have become fundamental elements in the formulation of business strategies. In this sense, investigating trends in these fields is essential to understand how organizations are responding to growing demands for more ethical, socially responsible and environmentally conscious practices. This study was carried out through qualitative, analytical, descriptive research and data collection and analysis were carried out through bibliographical research. With the development of the work, it was possible to analyze that sustainable management and corporate social responsibility within companies are no longer just options or additional strategies, but fundamental elements for long-term viability and relevance in the contemporary business scenario. Finally, the description of standards and certifications related to sustainable management highlights the organizations' commitment to meeting globally recognized standards.
