The research methodology consisted of a bibliographic reviewing on the central themes of the research; collecting documentary data; and observation. As result, the research reached the social impact promoted by the removal of the low-income population from litigation in the Judiciary; and turned to the role of the social worker in this scenario, in a context of multidisciplinary conflict resolution. To the conclusions, the paper will concentrate answers found throughout the topics, centered on the role of the social worker in a multidisciplinary context of extrajudicial conflict resolution and, beyond, on the effects of exercising that role, an activity of the social worker inserted in a multidisciplinary assistance body judiciary to serve the legally hyposufficient and, mainly, the defense of the hyposufficient’s rights in the administrative scope with targeting to the nonjudicialization of this action. Encorajada por um quadro profissional encontrado num estágio acadêmico, o presente estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar as funções do Serviço Social junto à Defensoria Pública do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte e, em específico, suas repercussões sociais junto ao Núcleo de Tratamento Extrajudicial de Conflitos (NUTEC). A metodologia da pesquisa consistiu na revisão bibliográfica sobre os temas centrais do estudo; coleta de dados documentais; e observação. Como resultado, a pesquisa auferiu sobre o impacto social promovido pelo afastamento da população hipossuficiente da litigiosidade do Judiciário; e voltou-se para o papel do assistente social nesse cenário, num contexto de solução multidisciplinar de conflitos. Às conclusões, o trabalho concentrará respostas encontradas ao longo dos tópicos, centrado no papel do assistente social num contexto multidisciplinar de solução extrajudicial de conflitos e, ainda, nos efeitos do exercício desse referido papel, uma atividade do assistente social inserido num órgão multidisciplinar de assistência judiciária para servir hipossuficientes jurídicos e, principalmente, a defesa de direitos de hipossuficientes no âmbito administrativo com vistas à não judicialização dessa ação. 2023-12-27T16:30:06Z 2023-12-27T16:30:06Z 2023-12-15 bachelorThesis FÉLIX, Amanda Gomes.
