Resumo:The present study on trafficking in people, specifically women. Trafficking in persons is the act of arranging, enticing, recruiting, transporting, transferring, buying, housing or receiving person(s), through serious threat, violence, coercion, fraud or abuse, removing organs, tissues or parts of the body. ; in addition to submitting them to work in conditions analogous to slavery, subjecting them to any type of servitude, illegal adoption, or sexual exploitation; anti-legal attitudes aimed at commercializing, enslaving, exploiting and depriving lives, characterized as a form of human rights violation for having a direct impact on the victims' lives. If there is transport, exploitation or cancellation of rights, the crime can be evaluated - therefore - as human trafficking; regardless of whether there is supposedly prior consent on the part of the victim. The general objective of this work is to show the criminal form/methods mapped by protection entities, with which women become crucial to the illegal practice, as well as to identify the different ways, through national and international bodies, to curb and protect such practices that they take advantage of the economic situation and these social people, a fact that increases the susceptibility of being exposed to sexual solicitation, overcoming the fear and uncertainty of a new life in a foreign country. The deductive method was used, as a broad approach will be made to the general situation of criminal activity, in global indices, and will restrict the focus to national and global legislative reactions in the fight against crime. Through analysis and consultation of theoretical contents, sociological and legal-dogmatic apparatus. This work reinforces, in its academic debate space, the importance of combating human trafficking and the importance of this fight, which is increasingly pressing in a globalized and integrated world connected in networks and groups, not an individual commitment or restricted to specific agents, but involving public and private institutions in favor of the defense of human dignity and respect for civil and individual rights.
