Resumo:The present article aims to map and analyze the theoretical production of Brazilian Social Work Postgraduate programs, focusing on the theses and dissertations produced in public universities in the field from 2007 to 2023, with a particular emphasis on sexual diversity. The research was conducted from a totality perspective in the analysis of the object, employing bibliographic research within the scope of productions on sexual diversity. This approach aimed to identify and map the main dimensions addressed, as well as the quantity of works, by region, research line, and Postgraduate programs. The main results indicate that the Northeast Region occupies the position of highest scientific production on sexual diversity, and the Postgraduate Program in Social Work at UFRN (Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte) has the largest number of published works. Thirty percent of the works self-declare a theoretical-methodological perspective different from Marxism. Four axes were identified among the main dimensions analyzed by the works: (I) sexual diversity and social movements; (II) political-party context and its reverberations on sexual diversity; (III) institutional response to issues of sexual diversity; and (IV) sexual diversity and social work.
