Resumo:The work developed is a business model for a business consultancy company in the city of Natal/RN. The main objective of this work is to present a concise business model focused on offering consultancy services in creativity and innovation, bringing elements of strategic analysis as a differentiating factor. Initially, understanding the business environment and market trends allows you to identify opportunities and challenges through SWOT analysis. This process provides a holistic view of the external influences that impact the company, as well as the competitive dynamics of the consulting sector, from the manager's perspective. The analysis of the 4Ps of marketing helps the organization to understand its product, place, place and promotion, seeking to structure sales in an adapted and concise way. The organization's strategy is presented in a Balanced Scorecard and broken down into a cascade of goals. Finally, finances are organized and presented by profitability indicators over time, allowing an in-depth analysis of the investments to be made.
