description The need to understand the reality of teaching and build resources for teachers to move towards the professionalization of their intervention, urged us to study the relationship that this establishes with their work and develops their professionalism, through the analysis of the educational products elaborated by them. in the school reality in which they are inserted, throughout the training in the Professional Master's Program in Physical Education in National Network (ProEF). We analyzed through descriptive research with a qualitative approach, based on content analysis, through products created by teachers inserted in the first group of ProEF, the implications of research carried out by teachers about their teaching practice, for school institutions and the community. Regional superiority was observed for games and games and sports contents; higher prevalence of elementary school final years; considerable superiority of teaching proposals; and greater focus on students and teachers. Analyzing the UFRN pole, we observed superiority in the sports theme; we identified concentration in fundamental and medium levels; teaching proposals and textual materials; and directed to students and teacher. It is concluded that teaching proposals, textual materials, among others, as well as those presented in educational products, which democratize Brazilian education, train students for the world, not just for work. In this way, it is believed that we contribute to the construction of a more fair and equitable society.

A necessidade de compreensão da realidade do ensino e construção de recursos para que os professores caminhem para a profissionalização de sua intervenção, incitou-nos a estudar a relação que este estabelece com seu trabalho e desenvolve seu profissionalismo, mediante análise dos produtos educacionais elaborados pelos mesmos na realidade escolar no qual estão inseridos, ao longo da formação no Programa de Mestrado Profissional em Educação Física em Rede Nacional (ProEF). Analisamos através de pesquisa descritiva de abordagem qualitativa, com base na análise de conteúdo, por meio dos produtos elaborados pelos professores inseridos na primeira turma do ProEF, as implicações das pesquisas desenvolvidas pelos professores sobre a sua prática docente, para as instituições escolares e comunidade. Observou-se regionalmente superioridade dos conteúdos jogos e brincadeiras e esportes; maior prevalência do ensino fundamental anos finais; superioridade considerável das propostas de ensino; e maior direcionamento aos alunos e ao professor. Analisando o pólo UFRN, observamos superioridade na temática esportes; identificamos concentração nos níveis fundamental e médio; propostas de ensino e materiais textuais; e direcionados aos alunos e professor. Conclui-se, que propostas de ensino, materiais textuais, dentre outros, assim como os apresentados nos produtos educacionais, que democratizem a educação brasileira, formam estudantes para o mundo, não só para o trabalho.
