In the Digital Era, companies face constant challenges to remain competitive and adapted to
technological changes, which redefine the pillars of business strategy. In this context,
Management Consulting emerges as a response to this need, playing a crucial role in guiding
managers to adapt to this new reality. Thus, the present study aims to contribute to the critical
understanding of the intersection between the Business Consulting market and the advances in
Artificial Intelligence (AI), which leads the technological growth of this generation, and point
out the ways in which management consulting must adapt to prosper, also understanding the
challenges that this innovation brings. To achieve these objectives, in addition to offering
valuable insights for professionals, managers and researchers, a bibliographical research was
carried out, focusing on the systematic and critical review of literature related to the topic, as
well as studying practical cases that exemplify the phenomenon under analysis. In this way,
the study highlights AI as a revolutionary tool in strategic decision-making and business
management, indicating a trend towards greater personalization of consulting solutions. At the
same time, it warns of the need to keep human judgment at the center of decisions, address
ethical implications and the need to strengthen governance protocols. It is recommended to
involve AI in the field in a complementary way to the consultant, investing in the
requalification of the professional's skills, and adopting a balanced vision for the future. |

Na Era Digital, as empresas enfrentam desafios constantes para se manterem competitivas e adaptadas às mudanças tecnológicas, que redefinem os pilares da estratégia empresarial. Nesse contexto, a Consultoria Estratégica emerge como uma resposta a essa necessidade, desempenhando um papel crucial orientando gestores(as) a se adaptarem a essa nova realidade. Assim, o presente estudo visa contribuir para a compreensão crítica da interseção entre o mercado de Consultoria de Negócios e os avanços da Inteligência Artificial (IA), que lidera o crescimento tecnológico dessa geração, e apontar os caminhos pela quais as consultorias de gestão devem se adaptar para prosperar, entendendo também os desafios que essa inovação traz. Para concretizar esses objetivos, além de oferecer insights valiosos para profissionais, gestores(as) e pesquisadores(as), foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica, com foco na revisão sistemática e crítica da literatura relacionada ao tema, assim como estudo de casos práticos que exemplificam o fenômeno em análise. Dessa forma, o estudo ressalta a IA como uma ferramenta revolucionária na tomada de decisões estratégicas, e na gestão dos negócios, indicando uma tendências de maior personalização das soluções de consultoria. Ao mesmo tempo, alerta para a necessidade de manter o julgamento humano no centro das decisões, abordar implicações éticas e a necessidade de fortalecer protocolos de governança.
