As an objective, the text narrates relevant aspects of her trajectory that contributed and continue to contribute to her formation. Using the autobiographical method, I reflect on my own experiences and on deepening my understanding during dance training, adding to the text the reflections of the authors STRAZZACAPPA & MORANDI (2013), NOVÓA (1995), and others. For an experience to be considered formative, speaking from the learner's perspective is necessary. Learning to be a teacher requires methodical, systematic work, and knowledge, of others, and ourselves. Through the succession and diversity of experiences, I test and experiment with the validity of identity reconstruction and I'm faced with the nuances and challenges of the journey's trajectory. A artista-professora deste estudo partilha o seu percurso, desde o ensino básico regular, passando pela juventude até à Universidade, destacando a importância de cada evento e como essa trajetória tem contribuído para a minha abordagem de ensino e de criação artística. Como objetivo, o texto busca narrar aspectos relevantes desse caminhar no que se refere a minha formação docente como professora de dança em contínuo transcurso. Utilizando o método autobiográfico, reflito sobre minhas experiências e aprofundo minha compreensão enquanto me formo em dança, pondo em diálogo as reflexões dos(as) autores(as) STRAZZACAPPA & MORANDI (2013), e NOVÓA (1995), entre outros. Para que uma experiência seja considerada formadora, é necessário falarmos sob o ângulo da aprendizagem. Aprender a ser professor exige um trabalho metódico, sistemático, de conhecimento das coisas, dos outros e de nós próprios.
