Resumo:The Brazilian industry, in the textile and clothing sector, is characterized as one of the largest producers in the world, being the fifth largest producer of clothing in the world. Given this scenario, the clothing industry consequently generates waste from its production processes, this type of waste is characterized as a pollution problem faced by society and industries. However, organizations need to develop sustainable alternatives, relating processes, strategies, and technologies that serve as alternatives in the search for solutions to reduce environmental impacts. In Brazil, the textile recycling process is still deficient with few options for stations that serve this type of material, making it unviable for small businesses. In this context, the research aims to study the need for small clothing and fashion businesses in relation to the generation, disposal and recycling of solid textile waste, with the aim of proposing digital solutions aligned with market needs. The development of digital businesses is justified by the need to connect people and companies in the sector that are aligned with the purpose of practicing sustainable fashion. The methodology was based on quantitative and qualitative research, aimed at recognizing disposal habits, relating pains, needs and suggestions. Through the results obtained in the research, a business model was suggested, through the provision of services, that integrates small companies with collections and recycling points through an easy-to-use application, which will be developed in the continuity of the research.
