Based on this study, I aim to discuss the notion of what a Drama group is, relating it to the practices developed in Rebuliço. I also discuss theatrical production in a group context and its relationship with entrepreneurship, which has been increasingly common in the Arts field. Finally, I reflect on the presence of the Rebuliço group in the city of Natal, RN (Brazil), as another independent theater group trying to survive through artistic work. Neste artigo investiguei os movimentos de criação do Grupo Rebuliço de Teatro, do qual sou integrante, desde os primeiros encontros, passando pela escolha do nome, pelo primeiro trabalho, pelos fracassos, pelos processos de organização do trabalho, chegando aos projetos para o futuro. Busquei, a partir deste estudo, debater a noção de teatro de grupo, relacionando-a às práticas desenvolvidas no Rebuliço. Também discuto a produção teatral no contexto de grupo e sua relação com o empreendedorismo, cada vez mais comum no campo das artes.
