Resumo:The socio-environmental impact businesses have stood out as an innovative response to the social and environmental problems and challenges faced by the contemporary world, especially to the business focused on the fashion market. Such companies operate with the dual mission of generating profit and creating a significant positive impact on society and the environment. The socio-environmental impact businesses seek to solve social problems like poverty, lack of access to education and health care, furthermore environmental challenges, such as climate change, pollution and loss of biodiversity that affect today's society, especially after the industrial revolution due to the large-scale production and planned obsolescence. These companies implement innovative strategies, such as creating sustainable products and services, empowering marginalized communities, the promotion of social inclusion as well as development of social technologies. They have the potential to transform local economies, improving people's quality of life and preserving valuable ecosystems. The fashion industry is one of the most employing and notable in recent years. Based on what has been explained, the objective of this research is to analyze the production practices developed in Justa Trama, which is an agroecological cotton production network, and identify the impacts caused in the production of brand fashion products. In order to achieve this goal, a case study was developed, being a research of applied nature, with exploratory and descriptive purposes. To support the research, the concepts of fashion and production models, sustainability, production network and impact business were explored. There were interviews with Justa Trama's management and collected data from publications about the business in order to collect the necessary information for the analysis. Finally, we concluded that Justa Trama is not only fit within the parameters of socio-environmental impact businesses but also has a high level of maturity, almost entirely following the established minimum filters.
