The general objective of this work is to develop a business plan that enables the implementation of the company Green Glow, an innovative initiative for dry cleaning of cars and motorcycles that intermediates services through an application. The service will be carried out at home in the city of Natal in Rio Grande do Norte. The research method was descriptive and quantitative. The work covered the administrative, marketing, operational, financial and strategic dimensions and through these analyzes and the market research developed, it was possible to prove the viability of the enterprise. O plano de negócios é uma ferramenta essencial para empreender pela sua natureza de planejamento que permite identificar a viabilidade do novo negócio e reduzir riscos. Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral a elaboração de um plano de negócios que viabilize a implementação da empresa Green Glow, uma iniciativa inovadora para lavagem a seco de carros e motos que intermedia os serviços por meio de um aplicativo. O serviço será feito a domicilio na cidade de Natal no Rio Grande do Norte. O método de pesquisa foi descritivo e quantitativo.
