| Resumo: | In the pandemic scenario in which Brazil has been in recent years, following the world panorama, society in general - which was not directly involved in the health area - began to pay attention to the organization of hospitals and teams through news about COVID-19. This is a theoretical-reflective study, constructed from a literature review of an exploratory nature with a qualitative approach.This research has reflected on studies on the importance of hospital managers. In this way, it aims to discuss reflections and behaviors exposed - as a literature review - regarding patient safety in this context from the manager's perspective. To this end, it was important to review studies on hospital administration. In a didactic way, the TCC is divided into three main
discussions: 1) What were the main strategies for patient safety from the manager's point of view? 2) What were the main difficulties faced? 3. what steps should be taken to improve hospital planning? It was possible to observe that, although there are still obstacles to planning, there are ways with technology to achieve better organization. |
