Resumo:This work describes the development and implementation of a milk analysis management system for Laboleite at Escola Agrícola de Jundiaí (EAJ). The main objective is to provide an efficient and accurate solution for the process of evaluating the quality of milk produced in the region. The system was developed using React, Node.js and MongoDB technologies. The developed system is a web application that offers an intuitive and responsive interface to facilitate the management of milk analyzes carried out by Laboleite. The system allows the recording and storage of milk analysis data, including parameters such as fat, protein, lactose content, among others. Through the system, it is possible to obtain consolidated information about the analyzes carried out, facilitating the identification of patterns and the analysis of histories. By applying DairyScan, it is possible to guarantee the quality of the results obtained and the reliability of the information generated, in addition to promoting process optimization and reducing errors. The final result of DairyScan represents a significant achievement in terms of quality and efficiency for Laboleite. The system not only performs the essential function of recording milk analyses, but also considerably improves operational processes. The full implementation of DairyScan provided tangible benefits, such as: improved quality by incorporating automatic checks and validations, the system guarantees accurate and reliable data, increasing the quality of analyzes and contributing to consistent results. Optimized efficiency from sample registration to results storage, DairyScan simplifies and speeds up workflows, with process automation saving time and resources. Improved traceability by associating each sample with specific data and monitoring status in real time, improving traceability, meeting regulatory standards and strengthening confidence in the data. Reliability and error reduction are achieved by additional checks, variations in error probability and making the system more reliable for critical decisions. In short, DairyScan not only meets its main objective, but transforms the management of milk analysis, providing tangible benefits in terms of quality, efficiency and reliability for Laboleite.
