Resumo:A business plan is a planning and structuring tool that has all the essential aspects for a business to be successful in the market and take fewer risks. It analyzes and details the administrative, marketing, operational, financial and strategic dimensions of a company. The objective of this work was to develop a business plan for opening Belvedere Beachwear, an own brand in the men's fashion sector. To prepare the business plan, a descriptive market research with a quantitative nature was carried out, the primary data that was generated through the application of the questionnaire was analyzed, which yielded 146 (one hundred and forty-six) responses from potential consumers. The business plan identified the areas of activity, growth opportunities, threats from the external environment and market segments. Finally, it is concluded that the present business plan for Belvedere Beachwear proves to be viable, presenting a payback of five months, an annual profitability of 285.25% and a profitability of 45.97%.
