Resumo:The main objective of this case study on Colégio Porto is to analyze the practices involved in customer relations, based on an in-depth theoretical study of the Buyer Persona, experience marketing and satisfaction surveys. It was developed using knowledge from the areas of Strategic Planning, Commercial Structuring and Marketing. Introduced by the study of good practices in the segment of basic education institutions, aspects about the client were observed in relation to their strengths and weaknesses, followed by a complete diagnosis of the results obtained from the practices worked on. It is hoped to provide an in-depth view of the specific challenges faced by the commercial sector, as well as the strategies that have proved effective in overcoming them. These insights could contribute to the improvement of commercial practices and serve as a reference for other basic education institutions seeking to improve their management and achieve greater academic and customer relationship success.
