Resumo:Objective: to map Brazilian studies that deal with the topic of Total Quality Management in relation to Workers' Health. Method: This is an integrative review of the literature, carried out in the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), Virtual Health Library (VHL) and Google Scholar databases. As for the eligibility criteria, articles, theses and dissertations were included that deal with the relationship between Quality Management and Occupational Health in the Brazilian context and are available in full electronically. Results: Its timeline included studies from 2000, 2001 and 2015 and the federative units were Rio de Janeiro, Bahia and Santa Catarina. Conclusion: The lack of studies in the Brazilian context was highlighted. It can be stated that although there are still many obstacles and difficulties in balancing worker health and the total quality management method, the benefits expected from a good execution of the proposal are considerable, thus impacting on mutual satisfaction between the worker, customer and company.
