Resumo:Good nutrition in the first stages of life is essential for the healthy development of human beings, and in many cases it is necessary to use pediatric supplementation. With the aim of organizing information about these supplements and their different specificities and restrictions for clinical use, nutrition experts from the Department of Nutrition at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) created an electronic spreadsheet, which describes such information, in addition to providing some more features how to calculate nutrient intake based on an established measure. However, the tool has some limitations, such as the impossibility of multiple access and difficulty in calculating nutrients, which hinder its use. The purpose of this work is to develop a solution to the difficulties presented by nutritionists when prescribing pediatric supplementation, through the development of a mobile application called Supleped. The app will be cross-platform, Android and iOS, and therefore the Flutter Framework will be used. At the end of the project, it was possible to provide an application that assists registered nutritionists in prescribing pediatric supplements, even when there is no internet connection.
