Resumo: | This work analyzes three distinct seismic sections, two offshore and one oneshore, in order to generate attributes or meta-attributes that are efficient in enhancing geophysical-geological features relevant to hydrocarbon accumulation in the petroleum system. In this way, four attributes and four meta-attributes were generated using two different softwares. The first software used was the free version of OpendTect, with the aim of creating workflows for the generation of attributes and meta-attributes that can be reproduced by any other users without the need for a professional license. The second software, ProMAX Seispace, was used to test the capability of a software focused on seismic processing in generating attributes and meta-attributes for feature interpretation. By using both, it was possible to identify a series of features, both structural and stratigraphic, that can serve as geological traps, migration routes or discontinuities. Meta-attributes showed improvements, in certain situations, when compared to basic attributes. Futhermore, secondarily, the works in each software were also compared, confirming a greater simplicity in the OpendTect working environment compared to the ProMAX environment, although the latter still offers a good range of options for modifying seismic traces in amplitude data. |
