INTRODUCTION: Social inequality is a socio-historical process that directly permeates the
daily lives of individuals, especially those most vulnerably affected. Considering this
postulate, this investigation analyzes a public that is immersed in this context, which are
pregnant women living on the streets. To this end, the general objective was to analyze
interviews with women who experienced pregnancy on the streets, from Natal-RN,
associating their reports with the Roper-Logan-Tierney Nursing Model, with the aim of
reflecting about how the individualities of daily life activities reverberate in the health of
these women. As for the specific objectives, the aim was to: understand how homeless women
carry out their life activities in a street context, through the investigation of oral interviews;
reflect on the degree of dependence/independence of these women in terms of autonomy and
health and, finally, verify the reports of women who experienced pregnancy on the streets
with regard to the Nursing Process. METHODOLOGY: This is a qualitative study. The
research and data collection were carried out in two different scenarios: the streets of the city
of Natal/RN and a shelter for homeless women and mothers with children. In total, four
women participated in the research who experienced their pregnancy entirely on the streets.
To analyze these reports, the Roper-Logan-Tierney Nursing Model was used, which seeks to
associate the process of living through the execution of people's daily life activities.
RESULTS: The women's reports, when analyzed according to the precepts of the
Roper-Logan-Tierney Nursing Model, showed precariousness in the execution of the
activities "Maintain a safe environment", "Eat Drink", "Personal Hygiene and Dress yourself",
"Working and Having Fun" and "Expressing Sexuality". This fact occurred due to insufficient
financial and material resources to develop them, as well as the stigmas and prejudices still
attached to this public. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: In view of this, it is reflected that
complex challenges were highlighted that require purposeful interventions. Nursing
professionals, faced with still insufficient training on issues relating to vulnerable populations,
need to have theoretical knowledge and be aware of social issues that are present daily in care
services, in order to implement the right to health. |

Introdução: A desigualdade social é um processo sócio-histórico que permeia diretamente o dia a dia dos indivíduos, principalmente os mais atingidos vulneravelmente. Considerando este postulado, a presente investigação analisa um público que é imerso nesse contexto, que são as mulheres grávidas em situação de rua. Para tanto, foi definido, como objetivo geral, analisar entrevistas de mulheres que vivenciaram a gestação em situação de rua, oriundas de Natal-RN, associando seus relatos ao Modelo de Enfermagem Roper-Logan-Tierney, com o fito de refletir sobre como as individualidades das atividades diárias de vida reverberam na saúde dessas mulheres. Quanto aos objetivos específicos, pretendeu-se: compreender como as mulheres em situação de rua desenvolvem as atividades de vida em um contexto de rua, por intermédio da averiguação de entrevistas orais; refletir acerca do grau de dependência/independência dessas mulheres no tocante à autonomia e à saúde e, por fim, verificar os relatos das mulheres que vivenciaram a gestação em situação de rua no que concerne ao Processo de Enfermagem. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de abordagem qualitativa. A pesquisa e a coleta de dados foram realizadas em dois cenários distintos: as ruas da cidade de Natal/RN e a uma casa de acolhimento para mulheres e mães com crianças em situação de rua. Ao todo participaram da pesquisa 04 mulheres que vivenciaram a gestação totalmente nas ruas. Para a análise desses relatos, utilizou-se o Modelo de Enfermagem de Roper-Logan-Tierney, que busca associar o processo de viver por meio da execução das atividades diárias de vida das pessoas. Resultados: Os relatos das mulheres, quando analisados conforme os preceitos do Modelo de Enfermagem de Roper-Logan-Tierney, evidenciaram uma precariedade na execução das atividades "Manter um ambiente seguro", "Comer Beber", "Higiene Pessoal e Vestir-se", "Trabalhar e Distrair-se" e "Exprimir a Sexualidade". Tal fato ocorreu pela insuficiência em recursos financeiros e materiais para desenvolvê-las, bem como pelos estigmas e preconceitos ainda atrelados a esse público. Considerações finais: Diante disso, reflete-se que foram evidenciados desafios complexos que necessitam de intervenções propositivas.
