Among the terms that emerged at the end of the last decade are the Internal Regulation Center (NIR) and the Regulation Center (CR), which quickly passed through government agencies, regulating their practicalities. However, after approximately four decades, there are still few educational resources in this regard, both in government and private instances. Thus, in view of the current national scenario, the present work was intended to produce a course, with a view to contributing to the education and training of health professionals who work in the Internal Regulation Centers. The research is a qualitative approach, developed through an action-research whose main characteristic is intervention. It is developed in a cooperative regime between researcher and participants, when evaluating the problem or collective phenomenon investigated. During the years 2019 to 2021, visits were made to the Internal Regulation Centers of the hospital units that are managed by the state of Rio Grande do Norte. In all, 12 hospitals were visited and, through meetings held with the teams of the hospital units, deficiencies and difficulties were identified. From the survey of the difficulties of training work, an educational module was produced that will be made available on the Virtual Learning Environment platform of the Unified Health System. The module consists of two units, each unit contains three classes, with a total workload of 15 hours. The module followed the flow of new courses developed by the Education and Communication team at the Laboratory of Technological Innovation in Health at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. The final product is a course with educational content, in a linear and unidirectional way for the target audience. It is conclusively observed that, as well as the few educational resources on the internal core of regulation and the central regulation, there is also a shortage in the practical understanding of the performance of the interface between these two entities. Therefore, it is necessary to implement new measures to address this issue.

Dentre os termos surgidos no final da década passada estão o Núcleo Interno de Regulação (NIR) e a Central de Regulação (CR), que passaram rapidamente por agências governamentais, regulamentando suas praticidades. No entanto, após aproximadamente quatro décadas, ainda existem poucos recursos educacionais a esse respeito, tanto nas instâncias governamentais, quanto nas particulares. Assim, diante do cenário nacional atual, o presente trabalho foi destinado a produzir um curso, com vistas a contribuir na formação e capacitação dos profissionais de saúde que atuam nos Núcleos Internos de Regulação. A pesquisa trata-se de uma abordagem qualitativa, desenvolvida através de uma pesquisa-ação que tem como principal característica a intervenção. É desenvolvida em regime cooperativo entre pesquisador e participantes, ao avaliar o problema ou fenômeno coletivo investigado. Durante os anos de 2019 a 2021, foram realizadas visitas nos Núcleos Internos de Regulação das unidades hospitalares que estão sob gestão do estado do Rio Grande do Norte. Ao todo foram visitados 12 hospitais e, através de reuniões realizadas com as equipes das unidades hospitalares, foram identificadas deficiências e dificuldades. A partir do levantamento das dificuldades de formação do trabalho, foi produzido um módulo educacional que será disponibilizado na plataforma Ambiente Virtual de Aprendizagem do Sistema Único de Saúde. O módulo é composto por duas unidades, cada unidade contém três aulas, com carga horária total de 15 horas. O módulo seguiu o fluxo de novos cursos desenvolvido pela equipe de Educação e Comunicação do Laboratório de Inovação Tecnológica em Saúde da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. O produto final é um curso com conteúdos educativos, de forma linear e unidirecional para o público alvo. Observa-se conclusivamente que, assim como os poucos recursos educacionais sobre o núcleo interno de regulação e a central de regulação, também há uma escassez na compreensão prática do desempenho da interface entre essas duas entidades.
