Resumo:The introduction of Industry 4.0 in the 21st century has driven the emergence of new sectors in technology, notably the growth of the Internet of Things (IoT). In this scenario, the integration of this paradigm with the automotive context, through On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) technology, enabled efficient and secure collection of data from vehicle sensors. This set of information obtained from automobiles enables various applications, from vehicle monitoring to the execution of advanced Data Science and Artificial Intelligence techniques. However, to use this data effectively, it is essential to follow a set of steps that ensure proper collection for future use. In this context, this work presents an architecture for connected vehicles, addressing the stages of data capture, pre-processing, storage, visualization, and analysis of vehicle data. The developed architecture offers a computational solution to monitor individual trips and manage vehicle fleets based on data collected from two devices: ELM327 and Freematics One+. The paper demonstrates how challenges related to vehicle data collection were resolved, how preprocessing of collected data was done, and how the information was sent to a server and subsequently to a database. Finally, the paper presents a web platform for visualization and analysis of the collected data, illustrating performance indicators of the vehicle, route maps, and more, for a journey of approximately 570 km.
