Streszczenie: | Improving QoL requires a comprehensive analysis of the individual, considering his interaction with the social environment, his mental health and biological factors. Individuals suffering from Venous Ulcer (VU) face daily challenges due to pain, which necessarily impacts their quality of life capability. The objective was to analyze the association and dynamics between pain and quality of life in people with venous ulcers treated at a Primary Health Care (PHC) injury treatment center in Parnamirim/RN. This was a descriptive and analytical study with a quantitative approach. For nominal variables, the normality test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov) was used. Dynamics between pain scale variables (VAPS) and Quality of Life (SF-36) were observed by Spearman's Rho test. The margin of error was 5%, the Confidence Interval of 95%, and the statistical significance value was considered when p<0.05. The final sample consisted of 103 individuals. It was possible to identify emotionally and negatively between physical and emotional aspects when influenced by pain levels. In addition, it was observed in a modulated and positive way between general health perception and pain levels. The results obtained indicate a need for studies conducted with interventions and analyzes that focus on strategies aimed at the aforementioned aspects and the promotion of health in this specific group, aiming to reduce clinical complications and consequently improve the
