Thus, it is a very wide channel that arouses in students a critical-reflexive look related to the social demands of users, with the experience and interaction between professionals and users in the health-disease process. Objective: To analyze the importance of the Interaction Teaching-Service for Graduation in Collective Health, from the student's perspective and to verify the student's perception of the importance of internship for professional training in Collective Health. Methods: This is a qualitative research. The study sample consisted of graduating students from 2019.2 and 2021.1 from the undergraduate degree in Public Health at UFRN. After collection, the interviews were analyzed using the Bardin technique. Results: Most of the respondents in this survey were young adults, composed of 64.29% women. It was observed that 61.90% of respondents recognize that the teaching-service interaction fully contributes to their education, as well as their experiences in the service, enabling a first contact with health services, providing integration with the existing reality through the exchange of knowledge between those involved and a better experience with the services. Conclusions: It is noticed that the students of the Collective Health course understand that the teaching-service interaction is extremely important for their academic formation, because in these scenarios can contextualize theory with practice, knowing the reality of health services, contributing with strategies and making it possible to increase their experience when performing their professional activities.

Introdução: A integração ensino-serviço é o trabalho coletivo que pactua, articula e integra os docentes e discentes dos cursos de formação na área da saúde junto com as equipes de trabalho dos serviços, proporcionando melhorar a qualidade de atenção à saúde, com base em uma formação de excelência, voltada à satisfação das equipes de trabalho do serviço. Logo, trata-se de um canal bastante vasto que desperta nos discentes um olhar crítico-reflexivo relacionado às demandas sociais dos usuários, com a vivência e a interação entre os profissionais e usuários no processo saúde-doença. Objetivo: Analisar a importância da Interação Ensino-Serviço para a Graduação em Saúde Coletiva, a partir do olhar discente e verificar a percepção do aluno quanto à importância do estágio para formação profissional em Saúde Coletiva. Métodos: Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza qualitativa. A amostra do estudo foi constituída pelos discentes concluintes de 2019.2 e 2021.1 da graduação em Saúde Coletiva da UFRN. Após a coleta, as entrevistas foram analisadas através da técnica de Bardin. Resultados: O perfil dos entrevistados dessa pesquisa, em sua maioria, são de adultos jovens, composto por 64,29% de mulheres. Observou-se que 61,90% dos entrevistados reconhece que a interação ensino-serviço contribui totalmente na sua formação, bem como as vivências no serviço, possibilitando um primeiro contato com os serviços de saúde, proporcionando a integração com a realidade existente, por intermédio da troca de saberes entres os envolvidos e uma melhor vivencia com os serviços.
