Resumo: | The construction industry has undergone many changes in procedures, construction
methodologies, forms of contracting and several other aspects. One of these aspects is directly
related to contract management, having several themes imbued in this science, whether
contractual readjustment, economic-financial balance and contractual management itself. The
biggest difficulty for companies is not in the purchase of material, or in hiring personnel, but in
the methodologies used and in the management of the financial health of the contract.
Whenever the country or the world goes through great difficulties that reflect on the economy,
in the current case we can highlight COVID 19, these difficulties affect all economic aspects,
especially civil construction, due to the fact that it uses inputs of different natures and that have
great variation and impact. With this in mind, in order to provide companies with the possibility
of analyzing, faithfully to the legislation, the financial health of the contract, demonstrating the
issue of the economic and financial balance of the contract, that CONTRACT RESET has
developed a simple and efficient methodology to promote such analysis and put the service
on the market as a specialized technical consultancy contract. This will provide companies with
a real view of the contractual situation, allowing them to return to maintaining the initial
conditions contracted through a procedure called economic-financial rebalancing of the contract. |
