This research not only aims to raise awareness about the services provided by CEMCID to the community but also intends to be a catalyst for benefits for society as a whole. To achieve this, a set of techniques, tools, approaches, and methodologies were executed, with adaptations based on Marconi and Lakatos' research techniques (2002), Service Design by Stickdorn and Schneider (2011), Metadesign by Caio Vassão (2010), and concepts and applications derived from Ergonomics by Moraes and Mont’Alvão (2009). Therefore, the conception of a practical itinerant stand emerges as a design outcome of this research, aiming to contribute to the visibility of the community and to ensure extensive access of the instrument by the entire society. A intenção desta pesquisa é promover e ampliar o trabalho realizado pelo Centro Municipal de Cidadania LGBT de Natal (CEMCID), no que tange à divulgação de serviços psicossociais (individuais e coletivos); sociojurídicos; informacionais; de saúde; e de qualificação profissional, além de atividades culturais e educativas voltados à comunidade LGBTQIAPN+. Esta pesquisa se ocupa não somente de divulgar os serviços prestados pelo CEMCID à comunidade, como pretende também ser propulsor de benefícios para toda a sociedade. Para isso, utilizou-se um conjunto de técnicas, ferramentas, abordagens e metodologias com adaptações referentes à técnicas de pesquisa de Marconi e Lakatos (2002); ao Design de Serviços por Stickdorn e Schneider (2011); ao Metadesign por Caio Vassão (2010); e aos conceitos e aplicações extraídos da Ergonomia por Moraes e Mont’Alvão (2009).
