Resumo:The purpose of this research is to promote and expand the work carried out by the Centro Municipal de Cidadania LGBT de Natal (CEMCID), specifically in terms of broadcasting psychosocial (individual and collective), socio-legal, informational, healthcare, and professional qualification services, as well as cultural and educational activities aimed at the LGBTQIAPN+ community. This research not only aims to raise awareness about the services provided by CEMCID to the community but also intends to be a catalyst for benefits for society as a whole. To achieve this, a set of techniques, tools, approaches, and methodologies were executed, with adaptations based on Marconi and Lakatos' research techniques (2002), Service Design by Stickdorn and Schneider (2011), Metadesign by Caio Vassão (2010), and concepts and applications derived from Ergonomics by Moraes and Mont’Alvão (2009). Therefore, the conception of a practical itinerant stand emerges as a design outcome of this research, aiming to contribute to the visibility of the community and to ensure extensive access of the instrument by the entire society.
