With the specific objectives of mapping the profile of defaulting microentrepreneurs who contracted microcredit during the pandemic at the Parnamirim unit, comparing Crediamigo products with the greatest losses during the pandemic and verifying the default of microentrepreneurs in the Crediamigo program before and during the pandemic in Parnamirim, it will be possible to better understand the impacts of the pandemic on the local economy and, thus, seek solutions to mitigate these negative effects. Research and analysis performed through the Power BI database. With the COVID-19 pandemic, many micro-entrepreneurs were negatively impacted, either by the drop in sales, the need to temporarily close their businesses or the difficulty in obtaining credit. The unit had a significant increase in risk and loss indicators. Dessa forma, é fundamental investigar a influência da pandemia na inadimplência do microcrédito produtivo orientado oferecido pelo programa Crediamigo na unidade de atendimento de Parnamirim. Com os objetivos específicos de mapear o perfil dos microempreendedores inadimplentes que contrataram microcrédito durante a pandemia na unidade de Parnamirim, comparar os produtos com maiores prejuízos do Crediamigo durante a pandemia e verificar a inadimplência dos microempreendedores do programa Crediamigo antes e durante a pandemia em Parnamirim, será possível compreender melhor os impactos da pandemia na economia local e, assim, buscar soluções para mitigar esses efeitos negativos. Pesquisa e análise realizada através do banco de dados do Power BI. Com a pandemia de COVID-19, muitos microempreendedores foram impactados negativamente, seja pela queda nas vendas, pela necessidade de fechar seus negócios temporariamente ou pela dificuldade em conseguir crédito.
