Resumo:This research aims to present the importance of Digital Marketing to strengthen the bond between small businesses and their customers, through the use of effective strategies, highlighting the most viable for this purpose. Thus, during the work was divided into two parts, where, in the first, the theoretical framework was presented, providing a brief overview of marketing and its concepts, then going into Digital Marketing, its main characteristics, digital communication, and later on, strategies that can be used in small businesses in order to generate customer loyalty in the companies. Finally, it was possible to observe the great importance of the strategies outlined throughout the research for the establishment of a solid relationship and customer loyalty, when applied correctly and, especially, together, ensuring an efficient result.
