Resumo: | Although we live in the age of technological advancement, human labor is still indispensable. As a result, the theme of Quality of Life at Work has become increasingly important, being inserted as a relevant factor for the organization's performance, as a good QWL provides adequate individual, group and organizational performance. The intern has an important role in the development of the tasks, being a fundamental part of the human resource. In this context, the objective of the research is to analyze the Quality of Life at Work of the interns of the Public Defender's Office of the Union of Natal/RN based on the Walton model. The nature of the study takes place through applied research, using the quantitative approach through the application of a questionnaire with closed questions, the objective is characterized as a descriptive research and finally, about the procedure, the present study will be elaborated from bibliographic research and case study. The results indicated that, in general, the interns have a good quality of life at work, demonstrating positive results for the factors of safety and health conditions at work, use and development of skills, social integration in the organization, constitutional guarantees, work and total living space and social relevance in work life, however, they showed negative results for the fair and adequate compensation factor, in addition to this aspect, opportunity for growth did not result in a good QWL index either. |
