This research aims to analyze the organizational climate at the Tributation State Secretary of Rio Grande do Norte (SET/RN) through the perception of its interns. The study is classified as qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory. A total of 24 interns voluntarily participated and answered a survey consisting of 20 mandatory multiple-choice questions and 1 non-mandatory open-ended question. The survey is divided into five sections: Physical Infrastructure of Work, Communication and Leadership, Learning Process of Intern Skills, Inter-Management Process, and Quality of Life at Work. The learning process session received the highest evaluation score, while the intern management session received the lowest evaluation score. Notably, 100% of interns would recommend the internship at SET to their colleagues in other graduation courses. The findings suggest that, based on the interns' perspective, the SET still has room for improvement in its organizational climate, despite being evaluated positively overall. A análise de Clima Organizacional é uma ferramenta administrativa da área de gestão de pessoas a qual busca entender melhor os integrantes da organização estudada. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar o clima organizacional na Secretaria de Estado da Tributação do Rio Grande do Norte (SET/RN), na percepção dos estagiários atuantes na secretaria em estudo. A pesquisa é classificada como exploratória descritiva quantitativa, a qual foi disponibilizada para os 24 estagiários efetivos da SET que responderam de forma voluntaria o questionário. O questionário era composto por 20 questões de múltipla escolha (obrigatórias) e 1 área dissertativa (não obrigatória), sendo ele dividido em 5 seções (Estrutura Física de Trabalho; Comunicação e Liderança; Processo de aprendizagem das Competências do Estagiário; Processo de Gestão do Estagiários e Qualidade de vida no trabalho). A seção com melhor avaliação foi a relacionada ao processo de aprendizagem. Por outro lado, a gestão do estagiário foi a seção com pior avaliação. Outro ponto de destaque ficou para que 100% dos entrevistados indicariam o estágio na secretaria para algum colega de curso.
