Resumo: | This research aimed to develop a nanoemulsion containing sunflower oil, papain and coenzyme Q10 with the potential to accelerate the wound healing process. An experimental design was carried out in which concentration parameters of the nanoemulsion components were varied, with the objective of finding the concentrations that offer better stability to the nanoemulsion system. The systems were prepared using the low energy phase inversion technique and characterized in terms of hydrodynamic diameter, polydispersion index, zeta potential and hydrogen potential. The results suggest that there was success in the adsorption of papain and incorporation of coenzyme Q10, from the observation of a homogeneous formulation, with a droplet size of 158.8 nm, polydispersion index of 0.396, zeta potential of -23.1 and pH of 6.29. It is concluded that there was success in acquiring an emulsified nanosystem containing CoQ10 + papain with future perspectives for in vitro and in vivo tests. |
