Análise dos dados de violência doméstica e sexual no período da pandemia: Um estudo sobre o impacto social do Lockdown nesse âmbito
description Social isolation, resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, brought several nuances to the data on domestic and sexual violence in the country. This theme had its growth along with the feminist movement, that is, from the 20th century, but punitive public policies for aggressors only emerged in the 21st century with the Maria da Penha Law, thus allowing the collection and analysis of these data. The figures taken from the yearbooks published by the Brazilian Public Security Forum, presented in this work, show us that the data on Threat, Intentional Bodily Injury, Femicide and Emergency Protective Measures Distributed and Granted (all within the scope of the Maria da Penha Law) and the data on Rape and Rape of the Vulnerable (female victims) had a considerable decrease over the years 2019, 2020 and 2021, however, surveys carried out in the year 2023 provide us with a basis for questioning how accurate the numbers obtained are. This descriptive and quantitative data analysis aimed, through the case study, to base and encourage discussions about domestic and sexual violence in the country, allowing and helping the creation of increasingly efficient public policies. The results obtained in the analyzes allow us to have a glimpse of the National scenario, not only in the pandemic years, but also currently, where these can be a form of basis and impetus for greater investment by the Government in the preparation and qualification of the appropriate professionals, in addition to improving laws to increasingly ensure the protection of victims.

O isolamento social, decorrente da pandemia do COVID-19, trouxe diversas nuances aos dados de violência doméstica e sexual no país. Esse tema teve seu crescimento junto ao movimento feminista, ou seja, a partir do século XX, porém as políticas públicas punitivas para os agressores só surgiram no século XXI com a Lei Maria da Penha, permitindo assim a coleta e análise desses dados. Os números retirados dos anuários publicados pelo Fórum Brasileiro de Segurança Pública, apresentados neste trabalho, nos mostram que os dados de Ameaça, Lesão Corporal Dolosa, Feminicídio e Medidas Protetivas de Urgência Distribuídas e Concedidas (todos no âmbito da Lei Maria da Penha) e os dados de Estupro e Estupro de Vulnerável (vítimas mulheres) tiveram um decrescimento considerável ao longo dos anos de 2019, 2020 e 2021, contudo, pesquisas feitas no ano de 2023 nos proporcionam embasamento para questionar o quão precisos os números obtidos são. Esta análise de dados de cunho descritivo e quantitativo, teve por objetivo, através do estudo de caso, embasar e incentivar as discussões acerca da violência doméstica e sexual no país, permitindo e auxiliando a criação de políticas públicas cada vez mais eficientes.
