| Resumo: | The textile industry is a sector that, in addition to being very demanding, is also competitive.
From this there is a need to search for processes that are ecological, fast and have their
costs reduced. The area of textile chemical processing is known due to its great use of water
resources, thus hopeful for the increase of textile effluents. The search for the development
of ecological and innovative processes has been explored more and more, several
techniques are emerging to be alternatives to conventional processes. Foam techniques are
part of these alternatives, they show great potential, and can be applied in various stages of
textile processing, from preparation, through printing and dyeing, finishing and even in the
treatment of effluent. Therefore, this work is a brief bibliographic review that aims to show
the potential of the application of foam for the textile sector. |
