| Resumo: | The renewable energies have grown up gaining more space on Brazilian electric matrix. Among them, it is present the solar photovoltaic energy, which is a clean, efficient, and inexhaustible energy. In this context, this renewable source has grown up, mainly due the arise of electric energy taxes. This study has as goal to analyze the financial-economic viability of solar energy implementation in a rural property in Currais Novos. The research is characterized as exploratory, done through one single studying case. It was applied a data questionnaire, beside the bibliography research. To analysis of project viability, it was considered the Simple and discounted payback indicator, liquid present value, internal payback tax and minimum attractivity tax. Beyond the base context, it was done a sensibility analysis in two sceneries, one of them with an investment arise of 15% and the second one with the kWh value 3,80% arise. Facing the observed data, the project is viable on three analyzed sceneries. |
