Resumo:The present study analyzes the female distribution within UFRN, verifying their participation within undergraduate courses, for the years 2013 to 2019. A literature review was carried out on female access to higher education, subsequently, the database was analyzed student data, made available by the UFRN Open Data, showing some descriptive statistics. We start from the hypothesis that there is a greater concentration of women in the areas of Humanities and Health Sciences, reaching the result that, on average, women are in greater participation in the courses offered by the Center of Health Sciences and by the Center of Human Sciences, Letters and Arts
