Resumo:E-commerce in Brazil is growing, projected to reach R$186 billion in 2023, according to ABComm. Thus, planning and structure are essential for growth, requiring understanding of market opportunities, company processes, and competitive strategies. Therefore, efficient decision-making resources are necessary for managers. A business plan analyzes market, operational, and financial aspects to optimize steps for desired results. This study aims to develop a business plan for the expansion of a micro online retail company, focusing on the sale of scented candles. The plan will establish the necessary organization for competitiveness, considering the international growth trend in the industry. The business plan will identify areas of operation, growth opportunities, market segments, and assess economic and financial viability.
