Indicadores clínicos do diagnóstico de enfermagem “tensão do papel do cuidador”: uma revisão de acurácia
description Introduction: The increase in life expectancy consequently leads to long-term care needs, with this informal caregivers can experience overload and tension linked to the act of caring, with an influence on the well-being and health of the subjects, favoring, over time , the emergence of the effort to exercise its role. At this juncture, a condition called Caregiver Role Tension was instituted. Objective: To verify the clinical indicators of the Nursing Diagnosis “Caregiver role tension” described in the literature. Methodology: This is a systematic review of diagnostic accuracy, carried out in November 2022, following the recommendations of the Joanna Briggs Institute, its protocol was registered and approved in the Prospective International Register of Systematic Reviews, with the registration number: CRD42022377411 . QUADAS-2 was used to assess the risk of bias and study quality. The databases used were the US National Library of Medicine, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences, SciVerse Scopus, CINAHL with Full Text, PsycINFO and 48 journal articles were included for quantitative synthesis in this review. Results: The clinical indicators found were depressive symptoms (31%), anxiety (23%), emotional disturbance (20%), deterioration of physical health (13%), fatigue (13%), anguish (10%), interruption of sleep pattern (8%), irritability (9%) and role conflict (6%). The set of findings indicate that, under the circumstances and limitations defined in this research, the verification of clinical indicators for the diagnosis of Caregiver Role Tension has the potential to advance scientific knowledge about human responses through the casualties experienced by caregivers. Conclusion: Thus, this study contributes to the review and update of the diagnosis, collaborating to increase the level of its evidence.

Introdução: O aumento da expectativa de vida acarreta consequentemente em necessidades de cuidados de longo prazo, com isso cuidadores informais podem vivenciar sobrecarga e tensão atrelados ao ato de cuidar, com influência no bem-estar e saúde dos sujeitos, favorecendo, ao decorrer do tempo, o surgimento do esforço em exercer seu papel. Nessa conjuntura, instituiu-se uma condição denominada Tensão do Papel de Cuidador. Objetivo: Verificar os indicadores clínicos do Diagnóstico de Enfermagem “Tensão do papel de cuidador” descritos na literatura. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática de acurácia diagnóstica, realizada no mês de novembro de 2022, seguindo as recomendações do Instituto Joanna Briggs, seu protocolo foi cadastrado e aprovado no Registro Internacional Prospectivo de Revisões Sistemáticas, com o número de registro: CRD42022377411. O QUADAS-2 foi utilizado para avaliação do risco de viés e qualidade dos estudos. As bases de dados utilizadas foram a US National Library of Medicine, a Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, SciVerse Scopus, CINAHL with Full Text, PsycINFO e 48 artigos de periódicos foram incluídos para síntese quantitativa nesta revisão. Resultados: Os indicadores clínicos encontrados foram sintomas depressivos (31%), ansiedade (23%), perturbação emocional (20%), deterioração da saúde física (13%), fadiga (13%), angustia (10%), interrupção do padrão de sono (8%), irritabilidade (9%) e conflito de papéis (6%). O conjunto de achados indicam que, nas circunstâncias e limitações definidas nesta pesquisa, a verificação dos indicadores clínicos para o diagnóstico de Tensão do Papel de Cuidador tem potencial no avanço do saber científico sobre as respostas humanas mediante as casualidades vividas pelos cuidadores.
